Finally figured out why my left turn signals wouldn't work. BAD GROUND. Honda uses the bolts that attach the headlight shell to the ears, off the fork tubes, to ground the turn signal bulbs. I painted everything & the bolts couln't make good contact. Cleaned off some paint, bingo, they work. Just sharing in case anyone else runs into this.
