Working on this for my neice polaris 90

This is a 02 sportsman 90 2 stroke. I have rebuilt the top end and it will start and idle but when you give it gas it will just bog down die. I have cleaned the carb. and even replaced the carb. no change. Any help would be great. Thanks Dannie
