whoever mentioned boulevard, thanks for the memories and you should stay away from ANYTHING with fruit...beer is meant to have 4 ingredients. no more. no less.

as to favorite, there's a bunch, but mainly one style.
IPA is what beer is meant to taste like, hoppy, plenty of punch, and a bit heavy on the tongue. ideally served at cellar temps from a hand pumped cask. low carb(onation), high flavor.

stoudts
sierra nevada's pretty good
dogfish head 120 minute.....$8/bottle, but it'll #$%* you up.
there's a bunch of brit brewers who get it right too, but living in america i've gotten tired of the "trans-atlantic funk" that goes along with them. once you start brewing freshness takes on a whole new importance.
