Oil lines...help!

Can anyone tell me which oil inlet is the drain, and which is the return to the oil tank on a 1975 cb750.

Is the one closest to the front of the bike the return back to the oil tank?

The rear line threads from the back of the oil bag to the closest motor port.  The bottom line of the oil bag threads in front of the frame to the far port.
