Chrometank dude... I know you're hurting, but you know you should have known. I recommend Tom Waits and a sprinkle of Peggy Lee.

Eldar- I got married and my wife keeps pissing me off by sticking around  :'( ;D

Junkie- that kid's not too big to take a whack at.  Jeeze that makes ME mad. That's all I'll say on that.

I dont know if it is that they keep stinking around but that they will not allow us to buy the parts we "truly" need for our bikes!

Damn I must be lucky then because my GF buys ME the parts for my bike and encourages my hobby.

REMEMBERED A JOKE MY FRIEND SENT MEĀ  :)
Dear Technical Support:

Last year I upgraded from Girlfriend 7.0 to Wife 1.0. I soon noticed
that the new program began unexpected child processing that took up a
lot of space and valuable resources. In addition , Wife 1.0 installed
itself into all other programs and now monitors all other system
activity. Applications such as Poker Night 10.3, Football 5.0 , Hunting
and Fishing 7.5, and Racing 3.6 I can't seem to keep Wife 1.0 in the
background while attempting to run my favorite applications. I'm
thinking about going back to Girlfriend 7.0, but the uninstall doesn't
work on Wife 1.0. Please help!

Thanks,

A Troubled User. (KEEP READING)

Dear Troubled User:

This is a very common problem that men complain about.

Many people upgrade from Girlfriend 7.0 to Wife 1.0, thinking that it
is just a Utilities and Entertainment program. Wife 1.0 is an
OPERATING SYSTEM and is designed by its Creator to run EVERYTHING!!!

It is also impossible to delete Wife 1.0 and to return to Girlfriend 7.0.
It is impossible to uninstall, or purge the program files from the system once installed.
You cannot go back to Girlfriend 7.0 because Wife 1.0 is designed to not allow this.
Look in your Wife 1.0 manual under Warnings-Alimony-Child Support.
I recommend that you keep Wife1.0 and work on improving the situation.
I suggest installing the background application "Yes Dear" to alleviate software augmentation.
The best course of action is to enter the command C:\APOLOGIZE because ultimately
you will have to give the APOLOGIZE command before the system will return to normal anyway.
Wife 1.0 is a great program, but it tends to be very high maintenance
Wife 1.0 comes with several support programs, such as Clean and Sweep
3.0 , Cook It 1.5 and Do Bills 4.2 .
However, be very careful how you use these programs.
Improper use will cause the system to launch the program Nag Nag 9.5 .
Once this happens, the only way to improve the performance of Wife 1.0 is to purchase
additional software. I recommend Flowers 2.1 and Diamonds 5.0 !

WARNING!!! DO NOT, under any circumstances, install Secretary With Short Skirt 3.3 .
This application is not supported by Wife 1.0 and will cause irreversible damage to the operating system.

Best of luck,
Tech Support

I feel the need to defend my position.

The GF has hobbies of her own, totally lets me do what I want and hates control-freak wives.  Aside from her general hatred of her own gender, she has particular venom for women who don't let their husbands or boyfriends do what they want.

She really doesn't care to control any facet of my life.  She does what she wants and I do what I want.  She makes money for her and I make money for me.  Her big thing is Scuba diving and she's going on a trip to Truk Lagoon in May.  I'm happy for her.  She knows my thing is the bike (and guns, but that's another, apparently touchy, subject here), and she's happy for me.  She wants a bike for her, which is why I'm getting her a CB350F.

As far as "prison", we've been through many rough times and experiences together for nearly six years, things that would have broken marriages, yet we've stayed on.  She truly is amazing.  We're talking marriage, but not for another few years.

She's good with money, had little debt (nearly-paid-off student loans) and truly lives to make me happy.  She spent her formative years in Europe and I tihnk that's why she's not your typical American chick with a princess complex and an entitlement mentality.  She works for what she has, knows I do too and doesn't deny me anything.

In a relationship, look at who controls the money and the sex; that person controls the relationship.  I control both.  Our relationship is complimentary.  I'm an Alpha and she is a Beta.

Come one now, she must have had a sex change somewhere!! ;D

Not all women are bad but most can make a person misserable. I had a gf once that kept me ALWAYS on the phone just so she knew where I was. Yeah that did not last long!

I'm not saying all women are bad (mine is proof that they're not), but most guys are absolutely incredulous that my GF is the way she is.  They cannot believe such a woman exists.

She does and I have her.

We recently had a tragedy in my family (airplane crash) and she was right there with me helping me with my PTSD issues and helping my dad in the hospital.  She really is one of a kind.

She says that when we get married, she'll get me any bike I want.  Now where's Vic World's phone number??  :D
