Chain or shaft drive?

Bloody hell, if it's chain drive the chain must be 20 feet long!  :o
I was feeling sorry for myself because I couldn't afford new bike boots, until I met a man with no legs.

So I said, "Hey mate, you haven't got any bike boots you don't need, do you?"

I say this is in the weird category!

Umm wow, those wheels are playing tricks on my eyes.. Can someone explain to me how this actually works? And got a link to a supplier of those wheels?
Cafe Racing is mainly a matter of taste. It is an atavistic mentality, a peculiar mix of low style, high speed, pure dumbness, and overweening commitment to the Cafe Life and all its dangerous pleasures. I am a Cafe Racer myself, on some days - and it is one of my finest addictions. ~H. S. Thompson~

Hush and Terry. Re: The little orange hotrod.

Chain drive with a jackshaft in between to line up with a yamaha golf cart differential (with reverse).

It's geared real low for parades and just taking the grandkids for a drive around town. Top speed..maybe 50 mph? It has a big oil cooler and the "radiator" has a 12 volt fan built-in to blow air on the engine.

The body started out as a full size '23 model "T" fiberglass reproduction. It was cut up into 32 pieces and re-fiberglassed back together in 1/4 scale.

Aluminum frame. Rack and pinnion steering with a crank arm. Mechanical brakes all four corners.

Take care; Clifford

I think the thing I most like about motorcycling is the speed at which my brain must process information at to avoid the numb skulls who are eating pies, playing the ukulele, applying make-up etc in the comfort of their airconditioned armchairs as they make random attempts to kill me!!!!!!!

BMW R7.  Probablyu the only bike BMW deemed too expensive to buld for public consumption.  Wildly innovative for that time, and this.

Thought to be just a rumor -even by BMW- this lone prototype was found in boxes in the basement!  What a jig-saw puzzle that must have been;

Gotta love a sense of humour.
Reminds me of the story amny years ago of the guy who was winning races and people noticed he had an extra spark plug in his header.  Naturally- evryone figured this after-burner thing must be boosting his power big time, so others started doing it.
this is- his plug wire was just tied to the frame.  he was just a good rider laughing at all the others.  I'm still thinking of doing that myself...

Holy cow- I need some coffee.
So- last for today is this lovely Italian 350.  Again, I forgot the whole story, but it was a prototype deemed too expensive for production.

I just remembered one thing!
See those black rings around the inside of the wheels?  They're rubber and that's the suspension.  Man- I'd love to ride that.
