I found the GT550 Ram=air a bit short and dumpy, they cornered like a pig but if you knew their faults they were a lot of fun, the cops here actually had them at one stage.
I think the thing I most like about motorcycling is the speed at which my brain must process information at to avoid the numb skulls who are eating pies, playing the ukulele, applying make-up etc in the comfort of their airconditioned armchairs as they make random attempts to kill me!!!!!!!

I went back to the Solvang motorcycle museum to see what might be on display that I hadn't seen before. Sure enough, this replica of a 1955 Moto Guzzi V8 was being shown without the dustbin fairing that is normally on it. I would dearly love to hear this little 500 run!

Another one that was displayed was this 1931 O.E.C. with the strangest steering I've ever seen on any bike. It's called "duplex steering" and even seeing it up close, in person, I still don't fathom how it works or what it must feel like to ride.
Anybody seen this type of steering arrangement before?

OK so sometimes we do get the occasional "barnfind" CB750 around here but where was he going with this bike?

That sure is one Honey of a Guzzi V8 Supercharged "Rondine"...I wonder if the replica has more improvements for endurance and a stronger front Fork ?   ;) Nice ! !

FuZZie: I only had one shot of the Jawa ice racer that you asked about. It was packed into a kind of tight spot that made it difficult to get a good camera angle on it. I didn't see the year of it but guessing from the engine design I don't think it's too old, maybe '70's?

This is one I never saw sold in NZ, the Honda Benly certainly has a few differences to most, like who decided it didn't need a tacho? :)

A replacement for the CD175 here in UK.
'Then' and 'than' are completely different words and have completely different meanings. Same with 'of' and 'have'. Set and sit. There, their and they're. Draw and drawer. Could care less/couldn't care less. Bought/brought FFS.

No worries it's a Honda so he will be flying, I'd say he may have to lay flat along the seat initially for take off just to lessen wind resistance but after that he can go supersonic. ;D

I was thinking the same thing ! Who needs shifting and brakes when you've left the ground..;No seriously the man must have really Loved his Stearman Acrobatic plane;they use those planes all the time in Airshows and they are built STRONG and will resist G-forces in ALL kinds of positions.A true Classic Aircraft that would be very bored just getting from point A to point B...w/o a Good number of Barrel Rolls !  ::) :o ;D

She's Very Nice Hush ;D ...I'm trying to tell who manufactured that nice frame,it looks a little reminiscent of Rickman..but maybe not.I see that Custom Vintage Honda's command a good $ down there in NZ. I love that Frame & would like to get one like it;could you find out what make it is ?

Then again...I may be fooling myself, could it just be a nice stock CB550 Frame ?
