Looks like a RD 400 Daytona.  I got 77 RD 400, but it doesnt have that nifty tail part. Great little runners, reminds me of my dirt riding days without the dirt.

Guy near me is selling it. It belonged to his uncle who passed away and hasn't been started in years... he wants $500...

I just don't know anything about the bike.

Depending on the condition 500 might be a lot or a little.
