CB750 Seat questions
« on: June 10, 2010, 10:05:44 AM »
What is the difference between K0 and K2 seats? Well except the obvious duck tail  :D

Will a K0 seat fit on early model K2? My K2 frame number: 2048809

K2 and later used a seat lock. I think you can make it work somehow..

So seat lock is the only difference? I love that duck tail seat! I want to put on my K2 and pretend as I am riding a K0  :P

I think you could take the seat latch off and just ride it like that. I believe the hinges are the same. If you have an original KO seat in perfect condition you can trade it for a real nice bike for the cost of those OEM duckbills. Here is a look at the Yamiya duckbill with the red foam.
