Pulled this out of a barn for $100

 ;D I've been in the middle of a major bathroom remodel but took a couple hours last week to go look at a bike. Its a 1976 CB750 F (I now know what the "F" stands for). It was the first bike I pulled out of a barn, literately! Laying in the corner at a 30 degree angle on some hay, I thought I was in an episode of American Pickers. The guy was asking $250 but I told him it was too rough and I didn't want it. He said his wife wants it gone so we settled on $100. It came with a new battery, NEW clutch and throttle cables. No side covers or twist grip. The carbs are there but apart in a box. THERE IS A TITLE. Looks like something crapped in the gas tank but my favorite part, the homemade pipe bomb starter switch! (see picture).
   I might use this bike for the base of a cafe build I've been threatening to do for the last year and a half. I have a few options to start with, this bike, 1973 k model with 900 F front end. or the k model with lesters. I'll post a poll with pictures later next week. ???

It's the little things like the starter switch that make these things all worth while... hope you can keep the switch on the bike and use it......

Sure, sure,...sell off the nice K1 then traipse around the country willy-nilly saving derelicts like this with the proceeds...some guys!  :D :D

You can't beat that. If you don't build it, you can eat off that bike for the next year. There's a lot of good parts. I wish I had more room. As it is I'm renting a garage for overflow. But there's ALWAYS room for a 100 deal like that.

It's a little "ruff" but a good deal at $100. Nice find, I would have bought it too!

Looks less "in the weeds"  than this one. At least you didn't have to send out  John Deer  to take a picture of it.

Thats my problem NO ROOM! I bought this because I can use the engine for this one or the wheels for that one. Parts is parts!

 Its probably a light motorcycle or moped type, but still would be cool if you can stick a motor in it and make it look sorta complete..

 The cool part if you have a Rudge, you can use their slogan..
