« on: June 10, 2010, 07:06:55 PM »
Any one know if the carburetors stamped 067A are correct for CB550??? They are the Keihin PD carbs.
I though it was stamped 069A on the  but When I looked closer I realized it says 067A.

Why do we continue to consult that scheme?
Unfortunately, information there is incomplete and corrupt. For instance: I have no knowledge of a CB500 with 022A carbs and an advised screwsetting of 11/2 - 2.
Carbs on the 500 were 627B or 649A with an advised screwsetting of 1 +/- 1/8.
When will we have a scheme that is faultless?

Agreed...guess we are stuck with this one unless someone revises it.
