Airbox top missing on CB350F - Can I run without it?
« on: June 10, 2010, 08:08:09 AM »
The title tells it all.  My airbox is open because the top is missing; I have the filter in and the bike is running fine now.  Is this a problem? (I do realize that it is when it rains).

You can make your own and mount it with tape.

The quick answer is yes , it can be run like that.  Note , if the seat is old and the foam is falling out it can collect around the air filter,if its not covered.

Fab your own, or cover your box with duct tape so the airflow has to come from the inlet.under the seat.
