Does anyone know if the older (1970 and earlier) CB tail lights fit on the later model brackets? I am looking at ordering an older CB450 tail light that is a bit smaller than these stock bricks and wondering if it would mount without modification to the bracket (the mount holes are 4 inches apart).
Or, as an alternative, is there a Lucas style or other smaller style that would fit this bracket? I would prefer to keep the stock bracket (the 78K bracket is a bit more low profile than the F as well as most other CB's that use the big light).
