have read forums for awhile, time to become a member

I am the proud owner of a 1975 CB550 and 1982 CB900 as well as a 1971 Triumph Bonnie and a 1971 Yamaha CS3B.  My first bike was a Honda XR75 and I have never looked back.  I have often checked this forum for answers to questions about my 550, now I figured it was time to become a member and share my love for these fine motorcycles.....also, hopefully get some answers and advice regarding my electrical issues 8)

Thanks!  I just registered for the gallery and will surely post some pics of my stable.  My 550 is not stock, so no offense to the purists out there, but I bought this bike for 600 bucks (running but rough) that had been sitting in a shed for almost 2 decades.  I have since done a lot of cutting, grinding, welding and brainstorming to create the cafe racer I had in my head.  I rode this bike from Northern Indiana to North Carolina, visiting the Dragon, Hellbender, Skyway and back with no issues other than a sore butt.  Long live SOHC4's
