So that seat's about 6 inches off the ground?     
Did you do all that plumbing?  How did you know what size pipe to use?
What's the front end from?  Totally custom one-off seat?

The little bike rides real nice, one thing i cant believe is how much power it has, crazy for a 450cc

Ok a quick run down on what was done, I cut and stretched the swing arm 6'', the frame cut and hard tailed. The seat frame started out life as a rear grab bar off this bike, the seat it self is aluminum base that i built and had a friend cover, the air bag is from a project for a customer that never got finished. The rear fender used to be the front, the fender struts, I made my self. The front end is stock with a 1.5'' spacer in the fork tube to get a little lift and stiffen up the ride a bit. all of the work was done by me on a weekend, except for the seat cover. Oh ya, the paint is translucent blue from Checker auto parts, nothing like a good coat of commander crylon lol.

Nice.   I'm wondering about your exhaust, are those hollowed out stock mufflers attached directly to the downpipes?
How loud is that?

Yes the pips are gutted and mounted to the head pipes, Its loud enough to make people wounder what it is.

Cool.  When I get to building mine I'll probably do the same except for gutting the mufflers.  I'm thinking of fabbing up a crossover pipe too, any thoughts on that?

Ya a cross over pipe will change the sound a bit and maybe help on the low end

Thanks HG!  I'm thinking of making up some aluminum drag pipes for the right hand side of the bike, I've got some length of aluminum tubing that are about 1-1/2" ID with a 2 or 3mm wall thickness, I can make up some couplings on my little lathe and braze the sections together with HTS-2000. A crossover pipe shouldn't be very hard to achieve.  I'll likely make up a few different types of baffles to try, and right now I'm thinking of staggered slash cut ends.... I've got a build thread on another forum, I should start one here and fill in the blanks.

Scratch that idea, I doubt I can get two pipes past this style brake pedal and have it look right.

Slash cut pipes on both sides, maybe I've got something I can make a pair of mufflers out of.....
I wonder how much lighter than stock it'll be....
