Turn signal Wiring HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
« on: June 17, 2010, 07:41:45 AM »
I'm selling my 1973 cb350f, and the buyer wants me to put signals back on it, I found the stock winker and relay. The winker has 2 prongs, and is a small rectangle. The relay is round and has 2 prongs. The wiring diagram shows 3 wires going to the winker (green, black, and grey). However, it only has 2 prongs? Also, where does the relay go? It is not pictured in the diagram. I'm really at a loss here guys, any help would be much appreciated.

Kind Regards,

-Christian

The black and gray wires plug into the relay, and the green goes to your frame ground.

There should only be one component associated with the blinkers.

Often times people will replace the original rectangle Honda flasher when it dies with a round one simply because they are easily obtainable at the auto parts store for a few dollars.  The one with the round flasher/relay was probably replaced at some point.
