Here's one I've used with good results.

You enter the type of bike and the part you're looking for, this website sends that out to cycle salvage yards nationwide, and within a couple days you get emails from the yards with availability and quotes.  

I've found chrome fenders, turn signals, and regulators with this method.

I also like Cycle Recycle

And of course, there's www.bikebandit.com and www.servicehonda.com
