LOOK WHAT I PICKED UP TODAY......
« on: June 19, 2010, 09:54:09 PM »
Went with a friend to visit an old friend of his that use to race cars and bikes way back. He had all kinds of rare high performance ford and chevy parts. Then i noticed a familiar piece sittin on one of his shelves........ :o

I asked about it and he sold it to me for $250.00 !!!  It's brand new !!  He also threw in a used wastegate.   ;D

Bargain! Well done mate, I wouldn't mind one of those "Hair Dryers" on one of my bikes! ;D
I was feeling sorry for myself because I couldn't afford new bike boots, until I met a man with no legs.

So I said, "Hey mate, you haven't got any bike boots you don't need, do you?"

it's a variable speed thrumbulator, simple plug 'n play.  looks like the earlier 14-vane version that some say is the most efficient (note the lack of postulative interface module).  congrats, nice score!

Awesome... what?? I seriously want to know what it is and what it does, but my knowledge ends at thrumbulator. What does it do?

Wow, the heat blued exhaust is dang near the same color as the side cover. What kind of boost are you running?

If the boost gauge is correct, 22-25 LBS of boost pressure using VP C-16 racing fuel.  A very scary ride at 150 mph
with no kind of fairing to block the air flow. You really have to hold on.   :o

Man I know what C16 costs! Last year they accidentally charged me 7.00 a gallon and I was pleased.
