What are some good alternatives to the stock setup for clutch/brake (master cylinder) lever assys?? I want to get rid of the mirror mounts and all of the electrical stuff, other than horn and headlight. control.

Maybe not quite what you're looking for, but the control on my 175 is noticeably smaller & sleeker than the one on my 550.  Maybe other small-model bikes have even smaller controls.

Yeah, im looking to copy the old BMW setup, a bit of a deeper , bullet shaped light with the kill switch, bright inticator, and possibly the speedo in the headlight. we'll see how that works out.

Check out Chippyfive50's set up. He has move most of the controls into the headlight bucket - looks awesome. Pictures can be found in the Gallery under:

The only thing still stock on my bike is the front brake MC and lever (although, that may soon change).

The place you want to look is in the Dirt bike section of any motorcycle catalog. The Push pull throttle and the clutch lever & housing were all design to be aftermarket upgrades for dirt and enduro bikes. They fit right on the standard 7/8" bars and almost all of the cabling (I have found so far) seem to be a pretty universal fit. The only problem that I have found is that the housing for the thottle is just a little bit shorter than stock, so I am right out at the end of my adjustments... but I'm adjusted.  ;D

As for the electrics, I used all modern equipment to replace the old, busted up switches. If I understand what your looking for, I went the other directions.
