« on: June 24, 2010, 05:54:14 PM »
I have asked in the "parts wanted" setion, but wanted to mention it here as well.

If anyone knows of a 750 or 550 ATP or other Turbo kit, I can buy, please let me know.

LOVE the idea of another 20 easy horses! ;D

Don't know about a kit, but many years ago I was in love with this little bike.  Never did buy it, but did test ride one a couple of times.  82 hp out of 497cc's.  They were really fast for the time and the power came on hard when it came on boost.  Did have a little lag to get used to though.  The turbo and waste gate would be sized right if you could do the fab work.  Might be a little hard to find the parts but probably no harder than finding a properly sized full kit for a 550.

If you love the idea of an extra 20 HP, just get a bore kit and a cam...
