Hell in the South Pacific
« on: February 02, 2006, 12:08:22 AM »
Some recent pics my daughter took on a recent road trip. Includes Marlborough, Kiakoura and Wanaka regions of New Zealand. Twenty five to thirty degrees most days. If you want to come down here bike hire is very reasonable...BMW's etc..

Looks aweful, can't believe anyone would actually want to live there. ;)

Is your daughter married?  If so does she have an unmarried friend?

Seriously, it looks lovely and I plan a visit in the next year or so.  Would love to relocate there, but I hear immigration restrictions are tough.  True?  Went to Australia a couple years back and loved it and kicked myself ever since for not going to NZ on the way back.  I hear its even better...(sure to upset some on the board!)

If you decide to tour NZ let me know and I can post you off a lot of info about what to do, where to go, bike hire etc.

Would be glad if you do so!
