Anyone Here with Honda 919's (Hornets)
« on: June 25, 2010, 09:37:11 PM »
Hey just wondering if anyone here has a 919? How do you like it? I've done 400, 500 mile days on my stock K5 CB750. I imagine on a 919 it would be even be easier to do?

Also my brother has a 03 Kawi Z1000 and after it gets up to a certain temp the fan will stay for like 30 secs after you turn off the bike. Do 919s do this? I know a few other bikes do it too like buells, I always thought it was neat...    And lastly stock storage none right?  You pretty lay what you have flat against the frame rail and the seat, can you at least fit a pair of winter gloves there?

My best mate has one we just "streetfightered" for him. It's a real nice bike. I had a 600 Hornet a few years back which I used for roadstock racing and touring and well everything really - it was a simply hilarious bike to ride, brilliant fun.
