Front (forks suspension) on CB750 Four K6

Does anyone knows if it is possible to take the a complete front (forks suspension and such) with wheels (picture attached) and disk from a Honda CX 500 from '78 or from a CBR 600 around '90 and build it on the K6 ?

Absolutely anything is possible if you know what you are doing....There are lots of guys here with later model front ends..
