Hi Guys,

Is been many months since I have posted here at SOHC.   I've been very busy with my 1976 GL1000

Check out my resto this past winter:

There aren't enough smilies in the world for that! :)  You couldn't have picked a better song for that montage.  A naked GL1000 is like Jane Mansfield in a bikini.  Big, curvy and beautiful!!!

That settles it!  I've been putting it off way too long.  My next bike will be a GL1000!!! :)

Unfortunately it will have to wait until the move to Texas in the Fall.  Already have two bikes to trailer there and I'm pretty sure the Subaru couldn't handle the additional weight of a beast like that.

whats this you say of. Your moving? There was a great turn out last night. Your name popped up a few times on where you might of been.

Excellent work!  I'm doing the same thing to my '75 GL1000.  I'm down to trplacing two gaskets, the belts and nearly have the wiring done already.  All I need is the reserve lighting unit.

Yes, on NGWClub.com  as  FutureBoy.

Had the CB750 out for a ride tonight -  nothing like it.......the GL1000 is a tank. great for the Highway, but the 750 is a nimble little beast - great for the twisties!
