I have promised myself one of these before I die.  I don't need it right now, but some day I'm just going to go and buy one ;D

With Inglese injected 347 small block ford, T-56 Six speed and Indipendent rear.

Now THAT'S cool and I'd take one, but I'd make some folks downright mad. You see, I'd want a n independent rear, a Keisler 6sp trans and (I'll bet you aren't ready for this) a 6.1L Dodge Hemi engine. ;D ;)  Okay, FUSS at me, but I HAVE seen one with a BUILT 426 Hemi sitting in that engine bay AND it LOOKED AWESOME!

I've always wanted a datsun. 240 turbo in particular. This one in particular has an RB26dett swapped into it. I can only imagine 2nd gear in that thing. If I had to choose a car though, and some of you may hate me for this... 2nd one is if I really had my choice... Nismo 400r.  ::) but, considering I don't own a car, and my bike is my daily driver, rain or shine, I'll keep dreamin' :'(

That's what I'd like to hear.

I think you can still get a basic Corvette for under $50K. Why would this be a question?!

for practicality, the H3T Alpha.  amazing vehicle!

for dream car, factory five Mk4 roadster w/ 427 and a top loader 4 speed and gear vendors overdrive unit.  i LOVE the reversed shift handle!  it'd be dark blue w/ wimbelton white stripes.  i'd have the high sidewalls w/ white outlined letters, just like the original shelby's!

or i'd buy their '33 Hot Rod w/ a 427 in it.

or i'd buy they're Type 65.  WAY more unique than the Mk4!

Well dutchman posted my 1st choice. A 240Z, hell even a 260 or 280Z (no zx thank you!) would do. Otherwise, one of these:

Hey motorcycles have TWO wheels! ;D

After my operation this year I decided it was time enough. I sold four bikes and bought my dream family car.....even if I only own it a year, I've got a 4.2litre 400bhp ferrari engine to play with  ;D
It's a Maserati Quattroporte Sport GT btw.

Bill - I could have pulled the gun on one of those in 1989. A kit 427SC Cobra with a 4 speed 426 and a Dana 3.54 rear for $22K. But $22K in 1989 with 4 kids, mortgage, wife, etc. was just too much. Now my rear is still sore from the constant kicking. Buddy had it built, kept it a year or so and got bored with it - he never drove it at all. Maybe 400 miles the whole time he had it.

This is nearly it, but his had chrome sidepipes and the chrome hoop bumper.

6pk, THAT is a Totally AWESOME Car! :o 8)  Exactly what I'd LOVE to have AND Can't Afford! :-\ I hear ya, about the financial situation too! Had to get rid of MY road runner after I got married (couldn't afford to keep Her's AND mine (mine had more miles on it, so IT was the one to go). Then, as Her's was needing some serious going over, couldn't afford that with the mortgage, paying the bills (with Karla's seizure problem and med bills), couldn't afford to do much, so we sold IT. Hasn't been til recently that I've been able to have anything w/ performance and you all know the change in MY life that allowed that. Rather have HER back, but that's not what this thread is about, is it? :-X

Anyway, thanks for posting the Mopar'd  Cobra, Bill
