Giving it another go....
« on: July 02, 2010, 08:08:27 am »
Good day,

I thought I'd try this again.... Does anyone know if the front rims, including hubs are interchangeable within the yrs of CB750K's to 78? If I'm correct, the tire sizes are the same, it's more a question about the hub and disk brake set up.

Cheers,

Steve

I'm not sure about all the years, but I have switched front wheels between a 1972, 1974 and 1976.
Everything was the same except the newer 750 had a larger diameter front brake rotor. Pretty sure I just used the caliper hanger along with the rotor and it works fine.

Thanks.

I was looking to buy a complete front rim... (w/spokes) I come across 750A's and pre-77's but no 78's. I'm just hoping everything lines up.
