Adapting Raask rear sets from a dohc Honda
« on: July 01, 2010, 09:57:02 PM »
So anyone ever fit dohc pegs on a sohc 750? I have a 78k and just got a set of raash rear set for 40 bucks for a 900f and was wandering if I can make them work with maybe an adapter plate or something. Anyone ever try this?

Show us the stuff...we'll invent something.

(I've got a 78k, but I don't know what your raashes look like)
intrigued by the wail...seduced by the scream.

Run a search for Raask rear sets and you might find some more information.
You'll probably need some type of an adapter plate since the frames are very different on the dohc bikes. Some members here have them also and may be of more help.

You may also want to click the 'MODIFY' button back in your original post and retitle your thread since 'pegs' and 'Adapting Raask rear sets from a dohc Honda' are very different issues.
(I recommend that title, it'll get you the specific responses you need)
