I am not in Pittsburgh, but in southeast Ohio about 50 minutes south of Wheeling, W. Va. About 2 hrs. from you. I live in a small town of Woodsfield and we have a lot of great country roads and no traffic to ride on. I have a "75" cb750 and my brother-in-law has a "74" cb750. If you are ever coming to the area let me know and we can take some good  rides with great scenery. GO STEELERS!

When I lived there it was pronounced "STILLERS" by the folks down on the southside...

I'm in Jefferson Hills. About 30 miles from you. Plenty of nice roads between us. Days like today make me wish I didn't put my bike away this winter.

I am in Morgantown, WV, about 1.5 hours below Pittsburgh.  Certainly within riding distance on a nice weekend.

This is like chocolate and peanut butter.  A 'Burgh thread on the SOHC4 fourm!  ;D  Yinzer by birth, Stiler fan by right of birth.

I'm moving back to the 'general area,' a ways dahn to ohio river in Huntington, WV.  Looking forward to SE Ohio/WV/KY riding.  Sounds like there are a number of SOHC'ers in the vicinity.  Maybe we should get together for an Ohio Valley ride or something.

Did I hear right that Rolling Rock '33' has been sold to Anheiser-Busch and is now to be brew in NJ and not the glass lined tanks in Latrobe?  Damn.  End of a legend.

You can always have a Straub brownie (brahnie?), Yuengling, or an Arn!  I'm heading out there this weekend, but I'm cagin' it.  See you at Kennywood!

Let's see if we can wake up the "Picksburgers" thread.  I live in Sheraden, actually in the city! ;D  Recently had a 75 CB750F given to me that needs some work after I get the title straightened out.  Can't wait to get her on the road.

I started this thread about a year ago,but let it die.... I guess. Wouldn't mind meeting up with with anyone in this area. I live in Greensburg (about 25 miles east of the burgh),but won't mind riding to meet. Would be glad to help with any bike projects. I have some background in that sorta thing.

Anyone in the Pgh area interested in meeting at one of the local bike night bars this summer?

Or perhaps a day trip in South Western PA some Saturday or Sunday??

Just joined this wonderful forum and I'm glad to see there's others from Pgh here. I live in the city (Highland Park) and commute to the West End daily. Look out for my '77 550k!

I'm also a novice mechanic who may appreciate some help on a few (I hope) occasions, so if you're in the area and like working on CBs and spreading your wealth of knowledge, let me know!

Hi, I'm the "other member" that gabrielj invited. I'm hoping to do the ride on the 24th, if the weather holds out. As of right now, the weather is lookin like crap, but that could always change. Hope to see some of you guys there.

I'm watching the weather. It will take me about an hour and half to get there, so if the weather is clearing by 8, I should be there.
