That's Kimura's bike.  There was a vid posted in the Inspiration thread recently with that bike as the main bike of the vid.

With a cold engine, Linkert carbs need to be seriously flooded prior to starting.
I have a Linkert on my Indian.
Looks like he still has a timing problem.

in the video it is clearly a flathead motor,but i cant say harley or indian.

I cant view the link in first post, nor the video on here..
 If you are talking about the kimura spike bike shown on here, it is OHV.
 If you are talking of another bike, and post a still of it I can tell more about it..
