Anyone have a fovrite place to buy parts from?
« on: July 06, 2010, 12:41:07 PM »
Specifically brake parts? I need a new front piston and I should really buy a rear caliper rebuild kit, with pistons. I also need some throttle cables. I have been thinking about Old Bike Barn, but then again I dont really know where else to look.

Thanks,
Croix

Check the "Bad Sellers" section before ordering anything from OBB.

I agree. I've heard alot of bad things on this forum about OBB. With this bad of feedback I would not order anything from them. I've had great luck with ServiceHonda. I have placed 2 orders with them and the service has been great. I would give them a try.

I just bought 4 carb kits for my 500 from Retrobikes and had probably the best experience ever. Not sure if they have the specific part you need but check them out.

Western Hills Honda is good, fast and reasonably priced. The same goes for Powers Motorsports (in Michigan, I think). +1 On David Silver if it's a must have part.
