hey in the state of new south wales/australia,some new laws have been tabled to combat crime from organised groups,,the hells angels have been now classed as an organized crime group?i dont know what legislation is about to be introduced?but even standing together on the side walk is a crime now for them?wearing colours or club patches in public?err?

SA has had the same laws for a few months now - hasn't really been tested yet, although they've threatened to.

We have similar laws now here in Canuckistan.The clubs are considered threats to National security,and members are having to scramble to hide assets as the gendarmes have new powers of seizure,even when no crime is alleged.That part worries me as nobody is immune from that threat,clubber or not!   Rock On While It's Still Legal

Nope, we have Conservatives in Canada.  No trends here.

So who is doing the money laundering where you come from?  Who is buying up your legal, established businesses and running the drug and prostitution trades?  Hey, these guys have rights and we better not get in the way of the free market, ought we?

This is a facetious answer but that's what were dealing with and I have no objection to crimping their style.  Please don't take it personally.
