Gallery and/or Photo Details
When in the gallery, in the bottom right hand corner of the screen is the Display Mode option: set it to "detail". This shows the owners details and picture titles etc.
Forum Name and Number
Enter your Bike date, Forum Name and Forum Number under "Edit Photo" and "Custom Fields". These details will appear below your photo. (if you have "detail" set as above!)
Correct Gallery
Select and make sure you are in the correct gallery before uploading images. If you don't mind downloading a JAVA applet, Gallery Remote is a neat little utility. In the left pane it will show a graphical tree representation of the galleries for navigation before uploading. On the right you can insert various text fields for each image before you even upload them.
