This will work on most stuck grips.. The one I did yesterday was on a rusty set of Whizzer bars, the grip was probably 40 yrs old!.. or more!
First I got onder the grip edge with one of those slim pocket scewdrivers with the magnet end...got in about 3/4 inch and grip started to crack.. put some oil down in the lifted part. Now I got a thin bicycle spoke about 50 thou, with a butted end.. spoke head was off, I sharpened the thin end. Make a mark or pce of tape on spoke to show depth of grip, then start tapping in the spoke. Stop and oil. tap further, got it about 3/4 of the way down, put in more oil, pulled screwdriver. Then I wiggled it, and it slowly started to relese, first at top. The oil quickly worked down, pulled the spoke, wiggled a few times till it turned.. then twisted it off..
