so i am having some problems with my front brake

iv rebuilt the master cyclinder, de glazed the front rotor and im still not getting alot of power in it.

is it possible that the stock brake line is stretching out so much when i hit the brake that it doesnt get enough power?

Upgrading to a stainless braided line may help.

So if you are all curious as to what colour I put on it . I went black but its got a brown look in some lights and has a silver flake to it.
Turned out nice I did it myself im a profesional painter by trade so decided to wing it and it worked!!

so my front end has realy been bugging me and I realy didn't like having a tach so decided to take off the massive plastic peace on the front where the key goes and all the light got the tach off and am going to just run the speedo.

my question is what do I do with the area where the tach goes in to the top of the motor with the gear I can't just leave it open?

also where is another location to move where my key goes?

and also now that the big braket is gone what are some mounting options for my speedo?

I really like the Norton look. Nice work. From the right side it's very appealing. From the left it could use 4into2 pipes to keep it balanced. My 550 also has a 4into1 and it just always looked incomplete from the left. Something I am going to work on when it gets back on the road.

yes it does feel a little naked on the left but Im thinking once the rearsets are on it might help

runs great im still not happy that my 3ohm dyna coils dont work trying to sell them for to get some 5ohm ones other than that she halls balls

I think you did a great job on your bike. It really looks great. I am not really feeling the rear light and plate holder though. IMO it looks out of proportion and just not right. I think with little effort you could figure out something to mount on the rear of the seat cowl that would look way better. My 2 cents..... Overall though its a really nice bike!

Yeah I was wanting it on my cowl but. but didn't wanna go drilling a huge hole to fit the light. Maybe at some point it will change but for now to ride it before the snow comes it is staying as is.

How much do you want for the 3 OHM Dyna coils Roachy? I need another set for my RC1060 build, and I've had no issues at all with the charging issues previously posted, although the Oz-market bikes didn't have the permanent "lights on" system mandated by the US government. Let me know mate, I can buy new ones from Z1 for 126 bucks, but I'm cheap!
