The engine appears to be a  500 or 550

motor is a cb500,,the tell tale is the clutch adjuster on the chain cover,the 550s dont have this,its on the other side.it looks to have the later 550 carbs maybe?.

you can slip a 550 top end on a 500 and visa versa,or convert the 500 bottom end to have the improved 550 clutch release.
