its just blue polystyrene from lowes. it comes in a 4x8 foot sheet. its layered up, glued together with spray adhesive, then i cut it with a home-made hotwire cutter. the trick is to use 150-100 grit sand paper to sand it. slowly or it will tear out chunks.
