Hey Mick, I'd rather have two of your new CB1100A's for the price it's sitting at right now...

Watching the auction tick down is kind of like fishing...waiting for that big fish to strike. Of course if that doesn't happen it will be very anticlimactic. :-\

That's probably the most expensive stock CB in the world.  We probably won't see a "new" sandcast for a long time and that price is going to stand for a long time.

Nah Terry, I clearly stated in he rules (that I made up) that the winner couldn't go over.  i believe that Rocking-M is the winner.  Now if he could just provide me with all of the pertinent tax information, ( SSN, drivers lic.#, mothers maiden name) We'll send his his stinking quarter and mouse-poop-stained SOHC patch.  The patch will look like this:

That's a serious price for sure - but not unexpected.  It is nice to see such a fine example of the CB750.  Hopefully the bike doesn't disappear out of circulation into a private collection never to be seen again.

This has to be a scam.
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=160466391371&viewitem=&sspagename=STRK%3AMEWAX%3AIT
The photos and part of the description appears to copied from the original auction.  Feedback zero?  Asking $12,000?  Plenty of warning signs here.  I even tried to send a message through eBay asking the VIN and I got a message that said, "The seller is not answering questions at this time."  Really strange.

yes, its a classic. they do this to get your deposit dough. Just go to the "report this item" link at the bottom of the page and report it. If enough of us do it, scammer will get his auction thrown out.
