Sam - that's about as cool as stick on tiger ears for your helmet!  :D

Thinking abot it - I wonder how they work in a crash? Anything that snags on the road surface could end up giving you worse injuries as it's been proven it's the rapid deceleration of the head that causes most of the head inuries and brain damage.... ???

re dragging on the tarmac, that's why I prefer a one piece full face as opposed to a flip top 3/4

I think those are kinda cool.. I might actually get one. I wouldn't think it would get caught on pavement very easily. Its just polyester and lycra. I would think that would rip off as soon as it touched pavement. I'm no helmet engineer though.

100% disco #$%*en....  Love European side car racing.... incredible to watch.... Australia has a really cool contingent as well.... there at Phillips island... 

I was up at a friends place in NC recently , and he had an early "Jack Pine" sidecar racer that we went out and road like we stole it....

Basically it's a early 30's Harley with a pillowed side car....  these guys raced 500 miles over a few days through the Woods of the mid west...  Very interesting kind of racing that I'd never heard of....  Fun stuff..
