I can see several problems with this:
1-it does not have a helmet voice activated aim/fire control unit,
2-the color would not match most of my bikes,
3-would this intimidate a police officer if you were behind him driving by like
  a-a bank
  b-the site of the new muslim info center near the 9/11 site
  c-have long hair/beard and look pissed
  d-

I could go on.
But I won't.
