Old newbie from east coast US

Long time SOHC owner  here  '78 750K purchased new.

I've been working on reviving a second one after getting my old one almost back to stock trim.    Found this place looking into twin disc conversion. 

I'll be asking some annoying questions about this bike as I'm going to end up far from stock trim with it and need a few tips.

Eventually, there will be a goat, but don't worry about that now.
