That is a fair price.  I have seen them go for twice that.

If those OEM exhaust pipes are in good condition that is worth $1,000 there. Looks like a decent bike from the pics. Attached is a check list I like to use when looking at a bike. It keeps me on track during the look-see. But yes, it looks like it is worth $2500 to me. But you can always talk them down a bit so you have some cash in case you have to do some work on it.

I guest I'm partail to the K6, because i've got one, but by the 2 pics looks like a decent shape original stocker. If the bike is road ready the way it sits or even if it needs minor things I would still say its worth $2500 and the miles aren't bad either. You've got to decide if the bike and the price is worth it to you. If it is go for it. Like to see some more pics.

Not being nit picky but the side cover jewels should be orange and not the 71 red color. Seat looks like it may have a patch job in the second picture.Looks to have been buffed up and polished, showed some love but right up there at the top of the price scale for around Michigan anyway. Check motor serial number to make sure its original 76 also for starters.

Price is really dependent on location.  Same bike in Manhattan or LA might be worth thousands more than a financially depressed area.

I now see what you guys are saying about the color of the side cover jewel below the 750four emblem. I didn't notice it a first glance. Sharp eye to detail guys. Here's a pic of my left side cover on my 750 K6.
