I think the 2/3 coil went out on me last night...I'll have to go and investigate a little more this evening or this weekend , but there was total loss of power and both pipes were stone cold , main and slow jets were cleaned a week or so ago. , less then 250 miles on a brand new breaker points and condensors , there's a post above from last fall when I checked them ( coils ) and the 2/3 was reading lower then the other. Dang , I just took this thing out for it's first long ride. , about 200 mile last weekend , oh well , one step forward , two steps back ....

#$%*ty. Were you near a parts store when it blew? That never seems to be the case.

I could have run you a spare if I had seen your post earlier.

Well after 2+ yrs. driving around with a permit , I finally went out and got my M.C license  8) Wasnt as hard as I thought it would be , my only screw up was in the fast swerve or what ever you call it , only went over the line an inch, not too bad for doin' it on a 38 yr. old bike, that rides like a pig at slow speeds.
