Will this gas tank fit a Shadow 500?

A friend of mine has bought a 86 Honda Shadow 500 that needs a little work. Its main problem is the inside of the tank is rusted.....plus it has a golfball size dent(around as well as deep)

Was wondering if this tank from a Magna fit it? Seller says he thinks it will........just wanting to make sure.

Nevermind.....its up to almost $200.  ::)  I think maybe a POR 15 kit will do the trick.
