My first name is Sam so I put the two togeather SAMCR750.

You can view the bike with me on it by clicking onto take me to the CR750 project bike on Andynzl web site.

http://www.mypages.co.nz/~andyf/Honda.htm

The rest of Andys site is well worth a look.

Samcr750- the way I rearrange things in my head, I have come to know you as Samer (pr Sammer). So, what's the difference between a CR and a CB?

Long story on Uncle Ernie...The abbreviated version;  he was an old dude who played blues on is front porch, a character in the opera Tommy.  When I began writing a column, I wanted to be annonymous, so I came up with Uncle Ernie.  All the years I lived in San Francisco, everyone knew me as Ernie or shortened it to Ern.  That started in 1971, and even though my given name is Paul, I still think of myself as Ernie.  Just seems to fit for some reason.

My real name is Ravi and I live in Bangladesh, but one day when I retire from the boot black factory, I will immigrate to Australia, change my name to Terry (or "Tel" for short, from the English program "Minder") and purchase a Honda CB750, or at least, that is my most humble dream............  ;D
I was feeling sorry for myself because I couldn't afford new bike boots, until I met a man with no legs.

So I said, "Hey mate, you haven't got any bike boots you don't need, do you?"

Looks like you're obsessed with 5yo girls with boob jobs, too.

Sammer, I looked but I didn't know the initials changed just for going from street to track. ?   Guess I don't get it.  Is it a factory job?

Yes Ern, the factory built them for Daytona in 1970. They had a lot of problems with cam chains jumping off, but still won the race.

I started off going by jonesdp (last name Jones, First initials D and P) but since everyone in here refered to me as "Jonesy", I liked it and it stuck. As I once wrote under my avatar, "Everyone calls me Jonesy, so I changed it." :D
