Carb number id

Hi
I just got my second hand carbs for my cb500K1
I notice a number 627B on them...mine are 649A
Does it mean that their differents between them?
Can both fit on my Cb500K1 ?
cause im planning to rebuilt the 627B carbs and put on my bike.

I'm not sure if this will help or complicate matters, but going by the experts say here the 627B are correct.
