That's Kimura's bike.  There was a vid posted in the Inspiration thread recently with that bike as the main bike of the vid.

With a cold engine, Linkert carbs need to be seriously flooded prior to starting.
I have a Linkert on my Indian.
Looks like he still has a timing problem.

 If you are talking about the kimura spike bike shown on here, it is OHV.
 If you are talking of another bike, and post a still of it I can tell more about it..
