cb500 factory recommended tire pressure? What are they?

I just got 2 new factory size tires mounted and cant remember the factory recommended tire pressure. Someone please tell me!

26 psi front and 28 Rear,  200 Lb load

28 front and 34 rear with max capacity load.

3.25- 19 front
and 3.50 -18 rear.

This from the owner's manual.
