Our bikes are Chick Magnets!
« on: August 27, 2010, 04:09:47 PM »
Oh man, on my way home from work just now while I was stopped at a light a cute woman pulled up next to me and said that she needs to be on the back of my bike with me! Of course I was flattered because I never have women give me a second look. Then she verbally gave me her phone number as the light turned green.   Didn't have time to tell her I was happily married.  My wife is going to let me keep my bike a while longer!

So what's her phone number mate? ;D
I was feeling sorry for myself because I couldn't afford new bike boots, until I met a man with no legs.

So I said, "Hey mate, you haven't got any bike boots you don't need, do you?"

Not all chicks are attracted to CBs.  My wife was in an accident while riding with her dad on his BMW R50 when she was a bit younger. She has exhibited absolutely no attraction to my CBs or any motorcycle since.  He did give me his bike as a dowry for which I have been forever happy.

as an early 30's guy riding a 78 CB I noticed that the younger girls dont pay much attention to the bike... but the women between 40-50 LOVE THESE THINGS!!    I'm thinking of airbrushing "COUGAR HUNTER" on the back of my 550's seat!!LOL

Nice bike Vern. Got any close-up pics for us? I recall back in the day (1970's) it was easy to ask a girl out and get a yes. Just have to say, "want a cycle ride"? Never had anyone turn me down. Easiest way to meet chicks!!! And yes, my wife was one of them and she is riding with me today.

Very nice there Vern. Thanks for the pics. I bet you get some real envious looks on that bike. That pic above is my wife back in 1977 on my new K7. And she still shines up that nice today...my wife that is. And before you guys make any wise guy comments, my wife is the one on the left.  :o ;D

Beautiful wife, good looking bike, and a patriotic dog who bathes and puts flags in front of the house!  Do not forget how good you have it.  Now, if I could only train my Labrador to synch carbs and my wife to not ask what bike stuff costs.  In 30 years, her love will be the only thing that keeps her from going mad when I say, "The bike is like 65 years old-- do you now see why we needed to buy more than one".
