Ideas for an empty spot...
« on: July 24, 2010, 12:30:13 PM »
Ok so i'm putting a different light on the back of my bike and i'm deciding not to chop the fender because it seems to get when down here and i would rather not have a mud splash up my back. So there is the mounting point for the old light that will be left in the open. Any ideas of what to do with it?

The holes are 2 inches apart

Not a bad idea as a secondary tail light.

What kind of bike are you talking about? The holes shown in the picture of your fender are similar to the holes in my fender that attach the fender to the frame (CB750K8). The tail light holes on the K8 750 do not have near the stamping in the fender at the mounting location as shown in your picture.

this isnt where it attaches to the frame. These are the secondary holes for the backlight mount
