How to View Posts by Specific Members

Tried to view posts by a specific member but when I click on username it tells me I can't just view any profile. Through member search, it says he has 31 posts but when I type his name into search window it pulls up only one post. Is this a privacy setting the user has established or am I just regulated for being a noob?

Typing in the member's name should bring up all threads they have started. ???

Try this, go to "members" in the upper line and then type in their name, just worked for me. ;)

I think you have to have 5 posts before you can view any members profile... ??? ???
